Koran 78:2 · Vers 2Quran 78:2 · Verse 2
عَنِ ٱلنَّبَإِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Nach der gewaltigen Kunde,
About the great news -
Koran 78:3 · Vers 3Quran 78:3 · Verse 3
ٱلَّذِى هُمْ فِيهِ مُخْتَلِفُونَ
über die sie sich uneinig sind.
That over which they are in disagreement.
Koran 78:4 · Vers 4Quran 78:4 · Verse 4
كَلَّا سَيَعْلَمُونَ
Keineswegs! Sie werden (es noch) erfahren.
No! They are going to know.
Koran 78:5 · Vers 5Quran 78:5 · Verse 5
ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَيَعْلَمُونَ
Abermals: Keineswegs! Sie werden (es noch) erfahren.
Then, no! They are going to know.

أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِهَٰدًا
Haben Wir nicht die Erde zu einer Lagerstatt gemacht
Have We not made the earth a resting place?
Koran 78:7 · Vers 7Quran 78:7 · Verse 7
وَٱلْجِبَالَ أَوْتَادًا
und die Berge zu Pfählen?
And the mountains as stakes?
Koran 78:8 · Vers 8Quran 78:8 · Verse 8
وَخَلَقْنَٰكُمْ أَزْوَٰجًا
Und Wir haben euch als Paare erschaffen.
And We created you in pairs
Koran 78:9 · Vers 9Quran 78:9 · Verse 9
وَجَعَلْنَا نَوْمَكُمْ سُبَاتًا
Und Wir haben euren Schlaf zum Ausruhen gemacht.
And made your sleep [a means for] rest
Koran 78:10 · Vers 10Quran 78:10 · Verse 10
وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلَّيْلَ لِبَاسًا
Und Wir haben die Nacht zum Kleid gemacht.
And made the night as clothing
Koran 78:11 · Vers 11Quran 78:11 · Verse 11
وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلنَّهَارَ مَعَاشًا
Und Wir haben den Tag zur Lebensführung gemacht.
And made the day for livelihood
Koran 78:12 · Vers 12Quran 78:12 · Verse 12
وَبَنَيْنَا فَوْقَكُمْ سَبْعًا شِدَادًا
Und Wir haben über euch sieben feste (Himmel) aufgebaut.
And constructed above you seven strong [heavens]
Koran 78:13 · Vers 13Quran 78:13 · Verse 13
وَجَعَلْنَا سِرَاجًا وَهَّاجًا
Und Wir haben einen hell glühenden Leuchtkörper gemacht.
And made [therein] a burning lamp
Koran 78:14 · Vers 14Quran 78:14 · Verse 14
وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمُعْصِرَٰتِ مَآءً ثَجَّاجًا
Und Wir haben von den Regenwolken sich ergießendes Wasser herabkommen lassen,
And sent down, from the rain clouds, pouring water
Koran 78:15 · Vers 15Quran 78:15 · Verse 15
لِّنُخْرِجَ بِهِۦ حَبًّا وَنَبَاتًا
um damit Korn und Gewächse hervorzubringen
That We may bring forth thereby grain and vegetation
Koran 78:16 · Vers 16Quran 78:16 · Verse 16
وَجَنَّٰتٍ أَلْفَافًا
und dichtbestandene Gärten.
And gardens of entwined growth.
Koran 78:17 · Vers 17Quran 78:17 · Verse 17
إِنَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْفَصْلِ كَانَ مِيقَٰتًا
Gewiß, der Tag der Entscheidung ist eine festgesetzte Zeit,
Indeed, the Day of Judgement is an appointed time -
Koran 78:18 · Vers 18Quran 78:18 · Verse 18
يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَتَأْتُونَ أَفْوَاجًا
der Tag, da ins Horn geblasen wird und ihr in Scharen herkommt
The Day the Horn is blown and you will come forth in multitudes
Koran 78:19 · Vers 19Quran 78:19 · Verse 19
وَفُتِحَتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ أَبْوَٰبًا
und da der Himmel geöffnet und dann zu Toren wird
And the heaven is opened and will become gateways
Koran 78:20 · Vers 20Quran 78:20 · Verse 20
وَسُيِّرَتِ ٱلْجِبَالُ فَكَانَتْ سَرَابًا
und da die Berge versetzt und dann zu einer Luftspiegelung werden.
And the mountains are removed and will be [but] a mirage.
Koran 78:21 · Vers 21Quran 78:21 · Verse 21
إِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ كَانَتْ مِرْصَادًا
Gewiß, die Hölle ist ein Hinterhalt,
Indeed, Hell has been lying in wait
Koran 78:22 · Vers 22Quran 78:22 · Verse 22
لِّلطَّٰغِينَ مَـَٔابًا
für diejenigen, die das Maß (an Frevel) überschreiten, eine Heimstatt,
For the transgressors, a place of return,
Koran 78:23 · Vers 23Quran 78:23 · Verse 23
لَّٰبِثِينَ فِيهَآ أَحْقَابًا
lange Zeiten darin zu verweilen;
In which they will remain for ages [unending].
Koran 78:24 · Vers 24Quran 78:24 · Verse 24
لَّا يَذُوقُونَ فِيهَا بَرْدًا وَلَا شَرَابًا
sie werden darin weder Kühlung noch Getränk kosten,
They will not taste therein [any] coolness or drink
Koran 78:25 · Vers 25Quran 78:25 · Verse 25
إِلَّا حَمِيمًا وَغَسَّاقًا
außer heißem Wasser und stinkender Brühe,
Except scalding water and [foul] purulence -
Koran 78:26 · Vers 26Quran 78:26 · Verse 26
جَزَآءً وِفَاقًا
als angemessene Vergeltung.
An appropriate recompense.
Koran 78:27 · Vers 27Quran 78:27 · Verse 27
إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ لَا يَرْجُونَ حِسَابًا
Sie erwarteten ja niemals eine Abrechnung
Indeed, they were not expecting an account
Koran 78:28 · Vers 28Quran 78:28 · Verse 28
وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا كِذَّابًا
und erklärten Unsere Zeichen hartnäckig für Lüge.
And denied Our verses with [emphatic] denial.
Koran 78:29 · Vers 29Quran 78:29 · Verse 29
وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَٰهُ كِتَٰبًا
Doch alles haben Wir schriftlich erfaßt.
But all things We have enumerated in writing.
Koran 78:30 · Vers 30Quran 78:30 · Verse 30
فَذُوقُوا۟ فَلَن نَّزِيدَكُمْ إِلَّا عَذَابًا
So kostet; Wir werden euch nur die Strafe mehren.
"So taste [the penalty], and never will We increase you except in torment."
Koran 78:31 · Vers 31Quran 78:31 · Verse 31
إِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ مَفَازًا
Gewiß, für die Gottesfürchtigen wird es einen Ort des Erfolgs geben,
Indeed, for the righteous is attainment -
Koran 78:32 · Vers 32Quran 78:32 · Verse 32
حَدَآئِقَ وَأَعْنَٰبًا
umfriedete Gärten und Rebstöcke
Gardens and grapevines
Koran 78:33 · Vers 33Quran 78:33 · Verse 33
وَكَوَاعِبَ أَتْرَابًا
und prächtige, gleichaltrige (weibliche Wesen)
And full-breasted [companions] of equal age
Koran 78:34 · Vers 34Quran 78:34 · Verse 34
وَكَأْسًا دِهَاقًا
und ein (stets) voller Becher.
And a full cup.
Koran 78:35 · Vers 35Quran 78:35 · Verse 35
لَّا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا كِذَّٰبًا
Weder hören sie darin unbedachte Rede noch Lüge.
No ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood -
Koran 78:36 · Vers 36Quran 78:36 · Verse 36
جَزَآءً مِّن رَّبِّكَ عَطَآءً حِسَابًا
(Dies) als Belohnung von deinem Herrn, als hinreichende Gabe,
[As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account,
Koran 78:37 · Vers 37Quran 78:37 · Verse 37
رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ۖ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ مِنْهُ خِطَابًا
dem Herrn der Himmel und der Erde und dessen, was dazwischen ist, dem Allerbarmer. Sie verfügen nicht darüber, vor Ihm zu reden,
[From] the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Most Merciful. They possess not from Him [authority for] speech.
Koran 78:38 · Vers 38Quran 78:38 · Verse 38
يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا ۖ لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا
am Tag, da der Geist und die Engel in Reihe stehen. Sie werden nicht sprechen, außer wem der Allerbarmer es erlaubt und wer Richtiges sagt.
The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct.
Koran 78:39 · Vers 39Quran 78:39 · Verse 39
ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلْحَقُّ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ مَـَٔابًا
Das ist der wahrhaftig (eintreffend)e Tag. Wer nun will, nimmt zu seinem Herrn eine Heimkehr.
That is the True Day; so he who wills may take to his Lord a [way of] return.
Koran 78:40 · Vers 40Quran 78:40 · Verse 40
إِنَّآ أَنذَرْنَٰكُمْ عَذَابًا قَرِيبًا يَوْمَ يَنظُرُ ٱلْمَرْءُ مَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ ٱلْكَافِرُ يَٰلَيْتَنِى كُنتُ تُرَٰبًۢا
Wir warnen euch ja vor naher Strafe, am Tag, da der Mensch schauen wird, was seine Hände vorausgeschickt haben, und der Ungläubige sagen wird: "O wäre ich doch Erde!"
Indeed, We have warned you of a near punishment on the Day when a man will observe what his hands have put forth and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, I wish that I were dust!"
