Koran 51:1 · Vers 1Quran 51:1 · Verse 1

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلذَّٰرِيَٰتِ ذَرْوًا

Bei den heftig Zerstreuenden,

By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing

Koran 51:9 · Vers 9Quran 51:9 · Verse 9

يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ

Abwendig machen läßt sich davon, wer sich abwendig machen läßt.

Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded.

Koran 51:14 · Vers 14Quran 51:14 · Verse 14

ذُوقُوا۟ فِتْنَتَكُمْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ

"Kostet (nun) eure Prüfung. Das ist, was ihr zu beschleunigen wünschtet."

[And will be told], "Taste your torment. This is that for which you were impatient."

Koran 51:15 · Vers 15Quran 51:15 · Verse 15

إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ

Gewiß, die Gottesfürchtigen werden in Gärten und an Quellen sein,

Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs,

Koran 51:16 · Vers 16Quran 51:16 · Verse 16

ءَاخِذِينَ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَبْلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُحْسِنِينَ

sie nehmen, was ihr Herr ihnen gegeben hat, denn sie pflegten davor Gutes zu tun.

Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good.

Koran 51:17 · Vers 17Quran 51:17 · Verse 17

كَانُوا۟ قَلِيلًا مِّنَ ٱلَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ

Nur ein wenig pflegten sie in der Nacht zu schlafen,

They used to sleep but little of the night,

Koran 51:18 · Vers 18Quran 51:18 · Verse 18

وَبِٱلْأَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ

und im letzten Teil der Nacht pflegten sie um Vergebung zu bitten,

And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness,

Koran 51:19 · Vers 19Quran 51:19 · Verse 19

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

und (sie gestanden) an ihrem Besitz dem Bettler und dem Unbemittelten ein Anrecht (zu).

And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.

Koran 51:20 · Vers 20Quran 51:20 · Verse 20

وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ

Und auf der Erde gibt es Zeichen für die Überzeugten

And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]

Koran 51:22 · Vers 22Quran 51:22 · Verse 22

وَفِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزْقُكُمْ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ

Und im Himmel ist eure Versorgung und das, was euch versprochen wird.

And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised.

Koran 51:23 · Vers 23Quran 51:23 · Verse 23

فَوَرَبِّ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِنَّهُۥ لَحَقٌّ مِّثْلَ مَآ أَنَّكُمْ تَنطِقُونَ

Beim Herrn des Himmels und der Erde, das ist gewiß so wahr, gleichermaßen wie ihr reden könnt.

Then by the Lord of the heaven and earth, indeed, it is truth - just as [sure as] it is that you are speaking.

Koran 51:24 · Vers 24Quran 51:24 · Verse 24

هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ضَيْفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ ٱلْمُكْرَمِينَ

Ist zu dir die Geschichte von den geehrten Gästen Ibrahims gekommen?

Has there reached you the story of the honored guests of Abraham? -

Koran 51:25 · Vers 25Quran 51:25 · Verse 25

إِذْ دَخَلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالُوا۟ سَلَٰمًا ۖ قَالَ سَلَٰمٌ قَوْمٌ مُّنكَرُونَ

Als sie bei ihm eintraten und sagten: "Frieden!" Er sagte: "Friede! - Fremde Leute."

When they entered upon him and said, "[We greet you with] peace." He answered, "[And upon you] peace, [you are] a people unknown.

Koran 51:26 · Vers 26Quran 51:26 · Verse 26

فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِۦ فَجَآءَ بِعِجْلٍ سَمِينٍ

Er schlich sich zu seinen Angehörigen und brachte (zum Essen) dann ein ansehnliches Kalb her.

Then he went to his family and came with a fat [roasted] calf

Koran 51:27 · Vers 27Quran 51:27 · Verse 27

فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ إِلَيْهِمْ قَالَ أَلَا تَأْكُلُونَ

Er setzte es ihnen vor; er sagte: "Wollt ihr nicht essen?"

And placed it near them; he said, "Will you not eat?"

Koran 51:28 · Vers 28Quran 51:28 · Verse 28

فَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً ۖ قَالُوا۟ لَا تَخَفْ ۖ وَبَشَّرُوهُ بِغُلَٰمٍ عَلِيمٍ

Er empfand in sich Furcht vor ihnen. Sie sagten: "Fürchte dich nicht." Und sie verkündeten ihm einen kenntnisreichen Jungen.

And he felt from them apprehension. They said, "Fear not," and gave him good tidings of a learned boy.

Koran 51:29 · Vers 29Quran 51:29 · Verse 29

فَأَقْبَلَتِ ٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ فِى صَرَّةٍ فَصَكَّتْ وَجْهَهَا وَقَالَتْ عَجُوزٌ عَقِيمٌ

Da kam seine Frau in großem Geschrei herbei. Sie schlug sich ins Gesicht und sagte: "(Ich bin doch) eine alte, unfruchtbare Frau!"

And his wife approached with a cry [of alarm] and struck her face and said, "[I am] a barren old woman!"

Koran 51:30 · Vers 30Quran 51:30 · Verse 30

قَالُوا۟ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

Sie sagten: "So hat (es) dein Herr gesagt. Gewiß, Er ist der Allweise und Allwissende."

They said, "Thus has said your Lord; indeed, He is the Wise, the Knowing."

Koran 51:31 · Vers 31Quran 51:31 · Verse 31

قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ

Er sagte: "Was ist nun euer Auftrag, ihr Boten?"

[Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?"

Koran 51:32 · Vers 32Quran 51:32 · Verse 32

قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ

Sie sagten: "Wir sind zu einem Volk von Übeltätern gesandt,

They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals

Koran 51:34 · Vers 34Quran 51:34 · Verse 34

مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ

gekennzeichnet bei deinem Herrn für die Maßlosen."

Marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors."

Koran 51:35 · Vers 35Quran 51:35 · Verse 35

فَأَخْرَجْنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Und so ließen Wir wer in ihr gläubig war, fortziehen.

So We brought out whoever was in the cities of the believers.

Koran 51:36 · Vers 36Quran 51:36 · Verse 36

فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهَا غَيْرَ بَيْتٍ مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ

Da fanden wir in ihr aber nur ein (einziges) Haus von (Allah) Ergebenen.

And We found not within them other than a [single] house of Muslims.

Koran 51:37 · Vers 37Quran 51:37 · Verse 37

وَتَرَكْنَا فِيهَآ ءَايَةً لِّلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَلِيمَ

Und Wir hinterließen in ihr ein Zeichen für diejenigen, die die schmerzhafte Strafe fürchten.

And We left therein a sign for those who fear the painful punishment.

Koran 51:38 · Vers 38Quran 51:38 · Verse 38

وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ

Und in Musa, als Wir ihn zu Fir'aun mit einer deutlichen Ermächtigung sandten.

And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.

Koran 51:39 · Vers 39Quran 51:39 · Verse 39

فَتَوَلَّىٰ بِرُكْنِهِۦ وَقَالَ سَٰحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ

Da aber kehrte er sich ab samt seiner Stütze und sagte: "Ein Zauberer oder ein Besessener."

But he turned away with his supporters and said," A magician or a madman."

Koran 51:40 · Vers 40Quran 51:40 · Verse 40

فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌ

Da ergriffen Wir ihn und seine Heerscharen und warfen sie dann in das große Gewässer, denn er hatte sich Tadel zugezogen.

So We took him and his soldiers and cast them into the sea, and he was blameworthy.

Koran 51:41 · Vers 41Quran 51:41 · Verse 41

وَفِى عَادٍ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلرِّيحَ ٱلْعَقِيمَ

Und (auch) in den 'Ad, als Wir gegen sie den unheilvollen Wind sandten.

And in 'Aad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind.

Koran 51:42 · Vers 42Quran 51:42 · Verse 42

مَا تَذَرُ مِن شَىْءٍ أَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا جَعَلَتْهُ كَٱلرَّمِيمِ

Nichts von (all) dem, worüber er kam, ließ er zurück, ohne es wie Zerfallenes werden zu lassen.

It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins.

Koran 51:43 · Vers 43Quran 51:43 · Verse 43

وَفِى ثَمُودَ إِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَمَتَّعُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ

Und (auch) in den Tamud, als zu ihnen gesagt wurde: "Genießt für eine gewisse Zeit."

And in Thamud, when it was said to them, "Enjoy yourselves for a time."

Koran 51:44 · Vers 44Quran 51:44 · Verse 44

فَعَتَوْا۟ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ وَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ

Sie lehnten sich gegen den Befehl ihres Herrn auf. Da ergriff sie der Donnerschlag, während sie hinschauten,

But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on.

Koran 51:45 · Vers 45Quran 51:45 · Verse 45

فَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ

so konnten sie nicht (mehr) aufstehen und es wurde ihnen keine Hilfe zuteil.

And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.

Koran 51:46 · Vers 46Quran 51:46 · Verse 46

وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَٰسِقِينَ

Und (Wir vernichteten) zuvor (auch) das Volk Nuhs; gewiß, sie waren ein Volk von Frevlern.

And [We destroyed] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient.

Koran 51:47 · Vers 47Quran 51:47 · Verse 47

وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيْنَٰهَا بِأَيْي۟دٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ

Und den Himmel haben Wir mit Kraft aufgebaut, und Wir weiten (ihn) wahrlich (noch) aus.

And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander.

Koran 51:48 · Vers 48Quran 51:48 · Verse 48

وَٱلْأَرْضَ فَرَشْنَٰهَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْمَٰهِدُونَ

Und die Erde haben Wir ausgebreitet. Wie trefflich haben Wir (sie) geebnet!

And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer.

Koran 51:49 · Vers 49Quran 51:49 · Verse 49

وَمِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ

Und von allem haben Wir ein Paar erschaffen, auf daß ihr bedenken möget.

And of all things We created two mates; perhaps you will remember.

Koran 51:50 · Vers 50Quran 51:50 · Verse 50

فَفِرُّوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنِّى لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ

So flüchtet (nun) zu Allah. Gewiß, ich bin euch von Ihm ein deutlicher Warner.

So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner.

Koran 51:51 · Vers 51Quran 51:51 · Verse 51

وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ ۖ إِنِّى لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ

Und setzt neben Allah keinen anderen Gott. Gewiß, ich bin euch von Ihm ein deutlicher Warner.

And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner.

Koran 51:52 · Vers 52Quran 51:52 · Verse 52

كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُوا۟ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ

So kam auch zu denjenigen, die vor ihnen waren, kein Gesandter, ohne daß sie gesagt hätten: "Ein Zauberer oder ein Besessener."

Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman."

Koran 51:53 · Vers 53Quran 51:53 · Verse 53

أَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِهِۦ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ

Haben sie es denn einander eindringlich empfohlen? Nein! Vielmehr sind sie ein das Maß (an Frevel) überschreitendes Volk.

Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people.

Koran 51:54 · Vers 54Quran 51:54 · Verse 54

فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍ

So kehre dich von ihnen ab; du bist (hierin) nicht zu tadeln.

So leave them, [O Muhammad], for you are not to be blamed.

Koran 51:55 · Vers 55Quran 51:55 · Verse 55

وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Und ermahne, denn die Ermahnung nützt den Gläubigen.

And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers.

Koran 51:56 · Vers 56Quran 51:56 · Verse 56

وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ

Und Ich habe die Ginn und die Menschen nur (dazu) erschaffen, damit sie Mir dienen.

And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.

Koran 51:57 · Vers 57Quran 51:57 · Verse 57

مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنْهُم مِّن رِّزْقٍ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطْعِمُونِ

Ich will weder von ihnen irgendeine Versorgung, noch will Ich, daß sie Mir zu essen geben.

I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me.

Koran 51:58 · Vers 58Quran 51:58 · Verse 58

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلْقُوَّةِ ٱلْمَتِينُ

Gewiß, Allah ist der Versorger, der Besitzer von Kraft und der Feste .

Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength.

Koran 51:59 · Vers 59Quran 51:59 · Verse 59

فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ذَنُوبًا مِّثْلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصْحَٰبِهِمْ فَلَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونِ

Gewiß, für diejenigen, die Unrecht tun, wird es einen vorgesehenen Anteil geben wie den Anteil ihrer Gefährten; so sollen sie Mich nicht um Beschleunigung (der Strafe) bitten.

And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me.

Koran 51:60 · Vers 60Quran 51:60 · Verse 60

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن يَوْمِهِمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ

So wehe denjenigen, die ungläubig sind, vor ihrem Tag, der ihnen angedroht ist!

And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised.
