Sahih al-Bukhari 3778 – Die Vorzüge der Ansār

Überliefert von Anas:

Am Tag der Eroberung von Mekka, als der Prophet (ﷺ) den Quraisch (aus der Kriegsbeute) gegeben hatte, sagten die Ansār: „Bei Allah, das ist in der Tat sehr verwunderlich: Während unsere Schwerter noch vom Blut der Quraisch triefen, wird unsere Kriegsbeute unter ihnen verteilt.“ Als diese Nachricht den Propheten (ﷺ) erreichte, rief er die Ansār und sagte: „Was ist das für eine Nachricht, die mich von euch erreicht hat?“ Sie pflegten nicht zu lügen, daher erwiderten sie: „Was dich erreicht hat, ist wahr.“ Er sagte: „Seid ihr nicht damit zufrieden, dass die Menschen die Beute mit in ihre Häuser nehmen und ihr den Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) mit in eure Häuser nehmt? Wenn die Ansār durch ein Tal oder einen Bergpass zögen, würde ich das Tal oder den Bergpass der Ansār nehmen.“

Narrated Anas:


On the day of the Conquest of Mecca, when the Prophet (ﷺ) had given (from the booty) the Quraish, the
Ansar said, "By Allah, this is indeed very strange: While our swords are still dribbling with the blood
of Quraish, our war booty are distributed amongst them." When this news reached the Prophet (ﷺ) he
called the Ansar and said, "What is this news that has reached me from you?" They used not to tell
lies, so they replied, "What has reached you is true." He said, "Doesn't it please you that the people
take the booty to their homes and you take Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to your homes? If the Ansar took their way
through a valley or a mountain pass, I would take the Ansar's valley or a mountain pass."
