Sahih al-Bukhari 3634 – Die Zeichen des Prophetentums im Islam

Überliefert von Abū ʿUthmān:

Ich erhielt die Nachricht, dass Gabriel zum Propheten (ﷺ) kam, während Umm Salama anwesend war. Gabriel begann, mit dem Propheten (ﷺ) zu sprechen, und ging dann fort. Der Prophet (ﷺ) sagte zu Umm Salama: „Weißt du, wer das war?“ (oder etwas Ähnliches). Sie sagte: „Das war Dihya (ein gutaussehender Mann unter den Gefährten des Propheten (ﷺ)).“ Später sagte Umm Salama: „Bei Allah! Ich dachte, er sei niemand anderes als Dihya, bis ich den Propheten (ﷺ) in seiner Predigt über Gabriel sprechen hörte.“ (Der Unterüberlieferer fragte Abū ʿUthmān: „Von wem hast du diese Überlieferung gehört?“ Er antwortete: „Von Usāma ibn Zaid.“)

Narrated Abu `Uthman:


I got the news that Gabriel came to the Prophet (ﷺ) while Um Salama was present. Gabriel started talking
(to the Prophet (ﷺ) and then left. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to Um Salama, "(Do you know) who it was?" (or a
similar question). She said, "It was Dihya (a handsome person amongst the companions of the Prophet (ﷺ)
)." Later on Um Salama said, "By Allah! I thought he was none but Dihya, till I heard the Prophet (ﷺ)
talking about Gabriel in his sermon." (The Sub-narrator asked Abu `Uthman, "From where have you
heard this narration?" He replied, "From Usama bin Zaid.")
