Sahih al-Bukhari 1466 – Die Entrichtung der Zakāh an den Ehemann und an Waisen

Überliefert von ʿAmr ibn al-Hārith:

Zainab, die Ehefrau von ʿAbdullah, sagte: „Ich war in der Moschee und sah den Propheten (Allahs Segen und Frieden seien auf ihm) sagen: ‚O Frauen! Gebt Almosen, selbst von eurem Schmuck.‘“ Zainab versorgte ʿAbdullah und die Waisen, die unter ihrem Schutz standen. Daher sagte sie zu ʿAbdullah: „Wirst du den Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) fragen, ob es für mich ausreichend ist, einen Teil der Zakāh für dich und die Waisen auszugeben, die unter meinem Schutz stehen?“ Er erwiderte: „Wirst du selbst den Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) fragen?“ (Zainab fügte hinzu:) Also ging ich zum Propheten, und ich sah dort eine ansārische Frau, die an der Tür des Propheten (ﷺ) stand und ein ähnliches Anliegen wie ich hatte. Bilāl kam an uns vorbei, und wir baten ihn: „Frage den Propheten (ﷺ), ob es mir erlaubt ist, die Zakāh für meinen Ehemann und die Waisen auszugeben, die unter meinem Schutz stehen.“ Und wir baten Bilāl, den Propheten (ﷺ) nicht über uns zu informieren. Also ging Bilāl hinein und fragte den Propheten (ﷺ) wegen unseres Anliegens. Der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Frieden seien auf ihm) fragte: „Wer sind diese beiden?“ Bilāl antwortete, dass sie Zainab sei. Der Prophet (ﷺ) sagte: „Welche Zainab?“ Bilāl sagte: „Die Ehefrau von ʿAbdullah (ibn Masʿūd).“ Der Prophet sagte: „Ja, es ist für sie ausreichend, und sie wird dafür eine doppelte Belohnung erhalten: eine dafür, dass sie Verwandten hilft, und die andere dafür, dass sie Zakāh gibt.“

Narrated `Amr bin Al-Harith:


Zainab, the wife of `Abdullah said, "I was in the Mosque and saw the Prophet ﷺ saying, 'O
women ! Give alms even from your ornaments.' " Zainab used to provide for `Abdullah and those
orphans who were under her protection. So she said to `Abdullah, "Will you ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)
whether it will be sufficient for me to spend part of the Zakat on you and the orphans who are under
my protection?" He replied "Will you yourself ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ?" (Zainab added): So I went to the
Prophet and I saw there an Ansari woman who was standing at the door (of the Prophet (ﷺ) ) with a
similar problem as mine. Bilal passed by us and we asked him, 'Ask the Prophet (ﷺ) whether it is
permissible for me to spend (the Zakat) on my husband and the orphans under my protection.' And we
requested Bilal not to inform the Prophet (ﷺ) about us. So Bilal went inside and asked the Prophet (ﷺ)
regarding our problem. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Who are those two?" Bilal replied that she was
Zainab. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Which Zainab?" Bilal said, "The wife of `Abdullah (bin Mas`ud)." The
Prophet said, "Yes, (it is sufficient for her) and she will receive a double rewards (for that): One for
helping relatives, and the other for giving Zakat."
