Sunan an-Nasaʾi 4575 – Silber auf Kredit gegen Gold verkaufen.

Es wurde überliefert, dass Abū al-Minhal sagte:

„Scharīk verkaufte für mich Silber auf Kredit. Er kam zu mir und teilte es mir mit. Da sagte ich: ‚Das ist nicht richtig.‘ Er sagte: ‚Bei Allah, ich habe dieses Geschäft auf dem Markt abgeschlossen, und niemand hat mich dafür kritisiert.‘ Daraufhin ging ich zu al-Barāʾ ibn ʿĀzib und fragte ihn danach. Er sagte: ‚Der Prophet (ﷺ) kam zu uns nach Medina, und wir pflegten solche Geschäfte abzuschließen. Da sagte er: „Was von Hand zu Hand erfolgt, darin ist nichts Falsches; was jedoch auf Kredit erfolgt, ist Ribā.“‘ Dann sagte er zu mir: ‚Geh zu Zaid ibn Arqam.‘ Da ging ich zu ihm, fragte ihn, und er sagte dasselbe.“

It was narrated that abu Al-Minhal said:
"Sharik sold some silver on credit for me. He came to me and told me. And I said: 'This is not correct.' He said; 'By Allah, I did this transaction in the market and no one criticized me .' So I went to Al-Bara bin Azib and asked him about that. He said: 'The Prophet (ﷺ) came to us in Al-Madinah and we used to do this kind of transaction, but he said: Whatever is hand to hand, there is nothing wrong with it, but whatever is on credit, is Riba. Then he said to me: 'Go to Zaid bin Arqam.' So I went to him and asked him, and he said the same thing."
