Die Heiligkeit von MakkaThe Sancity of Makkahباب حُرْمَةِ مَكَّةَ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ ‏"‏ هَذَا الْبَلَدُ حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ بِحُرْمَةِ اللَّهِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ لاَ يُعْضَدُ شَوْكُهُ وَلاَ يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهُ وَلاَ يَلْتَقِطُ لُقَطَتَهُ إِلاَّ مَنْ عَرَّفَهَا وَلاَ يُخْتَلَى خَلاَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ ‏.‏ فَذَكَرَ كَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا ‏"‏ إِلاَّ الإِذْخِرَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Es wurde überliefert, dass Ibn ʿAbbās sagte:

„Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) sagte am Tag der Eroberung: ‚Allah hat dieses Land an dem Tag heilig gemacht, an dem Er die Himmel und die Erde erschuf. Daher ist es durch Allahs Bestimmung bis zum Tag der Auferstehung heilig. Seine dornigen Sträucher dürfen nicht abgeschnitten, sein Wild nicht aufgeschreckt und verlorene Gegenstände dürfen nicht aufgehoben werden, außer von demjenigen, der sie öffentlich bekannt geben wird. Auch sein grünes Gras darf weder entwurzelt noch abgeschnitten werden.‘

Al-ʿAbbās sagte: ‚O Gesandter Allahs! Außer dem Idhchir.‘“ Und er sagte etwas mit der Bedeutung: „Außer dem Idhchir.“

It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said on the day of the conquest: 'Allah made this land sacred the day He created the Heavens and the Earth, so it is sacred by the Decree of Allah until the day of Resurrection. Its thorny shrubs are not to be cut, or its game disturbed, or its lost property to be picked up, except by the one who will announce it publicly, or is its green grass to be uprooted or cut.'
Al-Abbas said: O Messenger of Allah! Except Ikhkhir.'" And he said something that meant: "Except Ikhkhir."
