Sunan Ibn Majah 1387 – Was über das Gebet der Verherrlichung überliefert wurde

Es wurde von Ibn ʿAbbās überliefert, dass er sagte: „Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) sagte zu ʿAbbās ibn ʿAbd al-Muttalib: ‚O ʿAbbās, o mein Onkel, soll ich dir nicht ein Geschenk geben, soll ich dir nicht etwas geben, soll ich dir nicht von etwas berichten, durch das – wenn du es tust – zehn Arten von Sünden getilgt werden? Wenn du es tust, wird Allah dir deine Sünden vergeben, die ersten und die letzten von ihnen, die früheren und die späteren, die unbeabsichtigten und die absichtlichen, die kleinen und die großen, die verborgenen und die offenen – zehn Arten von Sünden.

Verrichte vier Rakʿah und rezitiere in jeder Rakʿah die Eröffnende des Buches (al-Fātiḥah) und eine Sūrah. Wenn du in der ersten Rakʿah mit der Rezitation fertig bist, sage im Stehen fünfzehnmal: „Subḥānallāh, wal-ḥamdu lillāh, wa lā ilāha illallāh, wallāhu akbar“ (Gepriesen sei Allah, das Lob gebührt Allah, es gibt keinen, der zu Recht angebetet wird, außer Allah, und Allah ist der Größte). Dann verbeuge dich und sage es zehnmal, während du dich in der Verbeugung befindest. Dann richte deinen Kopf aus der Verbeugung auf und sage es zehnmal. Dann wirf dich zur Niederwerfung nieder und sage es zehnmal, während du dich in der Niederwerfung befindest. Dann hebe deinen Kopf aus der Niederwerfung und sage es zehnmal. Dann wirf dich erneut zur Niederwerfung nieder und sage es zehnmal. Dann hebe deinen Kopf aus der Niederwerfung und sage es zehnmal. Das sind fünfundsiebzigmal in jeder Rakʿah. Tue dies in allen vier Rakʿah.

Wenn du es einmal täglich verrichten kannst, dann tue es. Wenn du es nicht kannst, dann einmal wöchentlich; wenn du es nicht kannst, dann einmal monatlich. Wenn du es nicht kannst, dann einmal in deinem Leben.‘“

It was
narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
said
to ‘Abbas bin ‘Abdul-Muttalib: ‘O ‘Abbas, O my uncle, shall I
not
give you a gift, shall I not give you something, shall I not tell
you
of something which, if you do it, will expiate for ten types of
sins?
If you do them, Allah will forgive you your sins, the first and
the
last of them, the old and the new, the unintentional and the
deliberate, the minor and the major, the secret and the open, ten
types of sin. Pray four Rak’ah, and recite in each Rak’ah the
Opening
of the Book (Al-Fatihah) and a Surah. When you have finished
reciting
in the first Rak’ah, while you are standing, say:
Subhan-Allah wal-
hamdu Lillah wa la ilaha illallah wa Allahu Akbar
(Glory if to Allah,
praise is to Allah, none has the right to be
worshipped but Allah and
Allah is the Most Great) fifteen times. Then
bow and say it ten times
while you are bowing. Then raise your head
from Ruku’ and say it ten
times. Then go into prostration and say
it ten times while you are
prostrating. Then raise your head from
prostration and say it ten
times. Then prostrate and say it ten
times. Then raise your head from
prostration and say it ten times.
That will be seventy-five times in
each Rak’ah. Do that in all four
Rak’ah. If you can pray it once each
day then do so. If you cannot,
then once each week; if you cannot,
then once each month. If you
cannot, then once in your lifetime.’”
