Sahih al-Bukhari 7169 – Der Rat des Imams an die Prozessparteien

Überliefert von Umm Salama:

Allahs Gesandter (ﷺ) sagte: „Ich bin nur ein Mensch, und ihr bringt mir eure Streitfälle vor. Es kann sein, dass einer von euch seinen Fall überzeugender und beredter vorträgt als der andere, und ich fälle mein Urteil nach dem, was ich höre. Wenn ich also jemals irrtümlich urteile und einem Bruder das Recht seines anderen Bruders zuspreche, soll dieser es nicht nehmen, denn ich gebe ihm damit nur ein Stück vom Feuer.“ (Siehe Hadith Nr. 638, Band 3.)

Narrated Um Salama:


Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "I am only a human being, and you people (opponents) come to me with your
cases; and it may be that one of you can present his case eloquently in a more convincing way than the
other, and I give my verdict according to what I hear. So if ever I judge (by error) and give the right of
a brother to his other (brother) then he (the latter) should not take it, for I am giving him only a piece
of Fire." (See Hadith No. 638, Vol. 3).
