Sahih al-Bukhari 5389 – Dünnes Brot und das Essen an einem Esstisch

Ibn ʿAbbās überlieferte:

Seine Tante, Umm Hufaid bint al-Hārith ibn Hazn, brachte dem Propheten (ﷺ) Butter, getrockneten Joghurt und Mastiguren. Der Prophet (ﷺ) lud die Menschen dazu ein, und sie aßen davon auf seiner Speisetafel. Der Prophet (ﷺ) selbst aß jedoch nicht davon, als ob es ihm missfiele. Wenn es jedoch verboten gewesen wäre, davon zu essen, hätten die Menschen es nicht auf der Speisetafel des Propheten (ﷺ) gegessen, und er hätte auch nicht angeordnet, davon zu essen.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:


that his aunt, Um Hufaid bint Al-Harith bin Hazn, presented to the Prophet (ﷺ) butter, dried yoghurt and
mastigures. The Prophet (ﷺ) invited the people to those mastigures and they were eaten on his dining
sheet, but the Prophet (ﷺ) did not eat of it, as if he disliked it. Nevertheless. if it was unlawful to eat that,
the people would not have eaten it on the dining sheet of the Prophet (ﷺ) nor would he have ordered that
they be eaten.
