Sahih al-Bukhari 5107 – „(Es ist verboten,) zwei Schwestern gleichzeitig miteinander…

Überliefert von Umm Habība:

Ich sagte: „O Gesandter Allahs! Heirate meine Schwester, die Tochter von Abū Sufyān.“ Er sagte: „Gefällt dir das?“ Ich sagte: „Ja, denn auch jetzt bin ich nicht deine einzige Ehefrau; und diejenige Person, mit der ich das Gute am liebsten teilen würde, ist meine Schwester.“ Der Prophet (ﷺ) sagte: „Aber das ist für mich nicht erlaubt (das heißt, mit zwei Schwestern gleichzeitig verheiratet zu sein).“ Ich sagte: „O Gesandter Allahs! Bei Allah, wir haben gehört, dass du Durra, die Tochter von Abū Salama, heiraten möchtest.“ Er sagte: „Du meinst die Tochter von Umm Salama?“ Ich sagte: „Ja.“ Er sagte: „Bei Allah! Selbst wenn sie nicht meine Stieftochter wäre, wäre es mir nicht erlaubt, sie zu heiraten, denn sie ist meine Milchschwester; Thuwaiba hat mich und Abū Salama gestillt. Deshalb sollt ihr mir weder eure Töchter noch eure Schwestern zur Heirat anbieten.“

Narrated Um Habiba:


I said, "O Allah's Messenger! Marry my sister, the daughter of Abu Sufyan." He said, "Do you like that?"
I said, "Yes, for even now I am not your only wife; and the most beloved person to share the good
with me is my sister." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "But that is not lawful for me (i.e., to be married to two
sisters at a time.)" I said, "O Allah's Messenger! By Allah, we have heard that you want to marry Durra,
the daughter of Abu Salama." He said, "You mean the daughter of Um Salama?" I said, "Yes." He
said, "By Allah ! Even if she were not my stepdaughter, she would not be lawful for me to marry, for
she is my foster niece, for Thuwaiba has suckled me and Abu Salama; so you should neither present
your daughters, nor your sisters to me."
