Sahih al-Bukhari 2558 – Der Sklave ist der Hüter des Vermögens seines Herrn.

Überliefert von ʿAbdullah ibn ʿUmar:

Er hörte den Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) sagen: „Jeder von euch ist ein Verantwortlicher und für das, was ihm anvertraut ist, verantwortlich. Der Herrscher ist ein Verantwortlicher und für seine Untertanen verantwortlich. Der Mann ist ein Verantwortlicher in seiner Familie und für das, was ihm anvertraut ist, verantwortlich. Die Frau ist eine Verantwortliche für das Haus ihres Ehemannes und für das, was ihr anvertraut ist, verantwortlich. Und der Diener ist ein Verantwortlicher für das Eigentum seines Herrn und für das, was ihm anvertraut ist, verantwortlich.“ Ich habe dies oben definitiv vom Propheten (ﷺ) gehört und glaube, dass der Prophet (ﷺ) auch sagte: „Der Mann ist ein Verantwortlicher für das Eigentum seines Vaters und für das, was ihm anvertraut ist, verantwortlich. So ist jeder von euch ein Verantwortlicher und für das, was ihm anvertraut ist, verantwortlich.“

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:


That he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his
charge; the ruler is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; the man is a guardian in his family
and responsible for his charges; a woman is a guardian of her husband's house and responsible for her
charges; and the servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for his charge." I
definitely heard the above from the Prophet (ﷺ) and think that the Prophet (ﷺ) also said, "A man is a guardian
of his father's property and responsible for his charges; so everyone of you is a guardian and
responsible for his charges."
