Sahih al-Bukhari 2409 – Ein Sklave ist der Verwalter des Vermögens seines Herrn

Überliefert von ʿAbdullah ibn ʿUmar:

Ich hörte den Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) sagen: „Jeder von euch ist ein Verantwortlicher und für das verantwortlich, was seiner Obhut anvertraut ist. Der Herrscher ist ein Verantwortlicher für seine Untertanen und für sie verantwortlich; der Ehemann ist ein Verantwortlicher für seine Familie und für sie verantwortlich; die Frau ist eine Verantwortliche für das Haus ihres Ehemannes und dafür verantwortlich; und der Diener ist ein Verantwortlicher für das Eigentum seines Herrn und dafür verantwortlich.“ Ich hörte dies vom Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ), und ich glaube, dass der Prophet (ﷺ) außerdem sagte: „Der Mann ist ein Verantwortlicher für das Eigentum seines Vaters und dafür verantwortlich. Somit seid ihr alle Verantwortliche und für diejenigen und die Dinge verantwortlich, die eurer Obhut anvertraut sind.“

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:


I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "Everyone of you is a guardian, and responsible for what is in his
custody. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects and responsible for them; a husband is a guardian of
his family and is responsible for it; a lady is a guardian of her husband's house and is responsible for
it, and a servant is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it." I heard that from
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and I think that the Prophet (ﷺ) also said, "A man is a guardian of is father's property and
is responsible for it, so all of you are guardians and responsible for your wards and things under your
care."
