Sunan Abi Dawud 2027 – Das Gebet in der Kaʿba

Ibn ʿAbbās sagte: „Als der Prophet (ﷺ) nach Makka kam, weigerte er sich, das Haus (die Kaʿba) zu betreten, da sich darin Götzen befanden. Er befahl, sie hinauszuschaffen, und sie wurden hinausgeschafft. Auch die Statuen Ibrāhīms und Ismāʿīls wurden hinausgeschafft; sie hielten Pfeile in ihren Händen. Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) sagte: ‚Möge Allah sie vernichten! Bei Allah, sie wussten, dass sie niemals durch Pfeile Lose zogen.‘ Dann betrat er das Haus (die Kaʿba) und sprach in all seinen Seiten und Ecken den Takbīr (Allah ist der Größte). Anschließend kam er heraus und betete nicht.“

‘Abbas said “When the Prophet (ﷺ) came to Makkah he refused to enter the House (the Ka’bah) for there were idols in it. He ordered to take them out and they were taken out. The statues of Abraham and Isma’il were taken out and they had arrows in their hands. Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) said “May Allaah destroy them! By Allaah, they knew that they never cast lots by arrow. He then entered the House(the Ka’bah) and uttered the takbir (Allaah is most great) in all its sides and corners. He then came out and did not pray.
