Es wurde von ʿĀʾischa überliefert, dass sie sagte:
„Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) sagte: ‚Die Hand des Diebes soll für den Wert eines Schildes abgetrennt werden, und der Wert eines Schildes beträgt ein Viertel eines Dinars.‘“
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The hand of the thief is to be cut off for the price of a shield, and the price of a shield is one-quarter of a Dinar."

„Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) pflegte die Hand des Diebes für ein Viertel eines Dinars oder mehr abzuschneiden.“
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to cut off the (thief's) hand for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."

ʿĀʾischa sagte:
Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) sagte: „Die Hand des Diebes darf für nichts, was weniger als ein Schild wert ist, abgehackt werden.“ Zu ʿĀʾischa wurde gesagt: „Wie hoch ist der Wert eines Schildes?“ Sie sagte: „Ein Viertel eines Dinars.“
'Aishah said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The hand of the thief is not to be cut off for anything less than a shield."' It was said to 'Aishah: 'What is the price of a shield?" She said: "One-quarter of a Dinar."

Makhramah überlieferte, dass sein Vater sagte:
„Ich hörte ʿUthmān bin Abī al-Walīd, den freigelassenen Sklaven der Akhnasiyūn, sagen: ‚Ich hörte ʿUrwah bin az-Zubair sagen: „ʿĀʾischah pflegte zu überliefern, dass der Prophet (ﷺ) sagte: ‚Die Hand des Diebes darf nur wegen eines Schildes oder eines gleichwertigen Wertes abgetrennt werden.‘““
Makhramah narrated that his father said:
"I heard 'Uthman bin Abi AL-Walid, the freed slave of the Akhnasiyin, say: 'I heard 'Urwah bin Az-Zubair say;'Aishah used to narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The hand (of the htief) should notbe cut off for anything but a shield or its equivalent in value."'

قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَةَ، تَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ " لاَ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلاَّ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَمَا فَوْقَهُ " .
ʿUthmān bin Abī al-Walīd sagte:
„Ich hörte ʿUrwah bin az-Zubair sagen: ‚ʿĀʾischah pflegte zu überliefern, dass der Prophet Allahs (ﷺ) sagte: Die Hand des Diebes darf nur für den Diebstahl eines Schildes oder für etwas von entsprechendem Wert abgehackt werden.‘ Und er sagte, dass ʿUrwah sagte: ‚Ein Schild ist vier Dirham wert.‘ Und der Überlieferer sagte: ‚Ich hörte Sulaimān bin Yasār sagen, dass er ʿAmrah sagen hörte: „Ich hörte ʿĀʾischah überliefern, dass sie den Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) sagen hörte: Die Hand des Diebes darf nur für vier Dinar oder mehr abgehackt werden.“‘“
'Uthman bin Abi Al-Walid said:
"I heard 'Urwah bin Az-Zubair say: "Aishah used to narrate that he Prophet (ﷺ) of Allah said: The hand (of the thief) should not be cut off except for a shield or its equivalent in value. And he said that 'Urwah said: A shield is (worth) four Dirhams. And he (the narrator) said: I heard sulaiman bin Yasar say that he heard 'Amrah say: I heard 'Aishah narrate that she heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: The hand (of the thief) should not be cut off except for four Dinars or more."

Es wurde überliefert, dass Sulaimān ibn Yasār sagte:
„Fünf (Finger, das heißt: die Hand) dürfen nur wegen fünf Dingen abgetrennt werden.“
Hammām sagte: „Ich traf ʿAbdullāh ad-Dānaj, und er überlieferte mir, dass Sulaimān ibn Yasār sagte:
‚Fünf dürfen nur wegen fünf Dingen abgetrennt werden.‘“

It was narrated that sulaiman bin Yasar said:
"Five (fingers i.e., the hand) should not be cut off except for five." Hammam said: "I met 'Abdullah Ad-Danaj and he narrated to me that Sulaiman bin Yasar said: "Five should not be cut off except for five." (Sahih Maqtu)

Es wurde überliefert, dass ʿĀ’ischa sagte:
„Die Hand eines Diebes soll nicht für etwas abgetrennt werden, das weniger wert ist als ein Ḥadschafa oder ein Turs – zwei Arten von Schilden –, von denen jeder einen angemessenen Wert hatte.“
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The hand of the thief should not be cut off for anything less than a Hajafah or a Turs (two kinds of shields)," each of which was worth a (decent) price.

der Prophet (ﷺ) die Hand eines Diebes für etwas abtrennte, das fünf Dirham wert war. (Schwach)
It was narrated from 'Abdullah that:
the Prophet (ﷺ) cut off (the thief's hand) for (something) that was worth five Dirhams. (Daif)

„Der Prophet (ﷺ) ließ die Hand eines Diebes erst abschlagen, wenn der Wert (des Diebesguts) dem Wert eines Schildes entsprach; und der Wert eines Schildes betrug damals einen Dinar.“ (Schwach)

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ، قَالَ لَمْ تَكُنْ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِلاَّ فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ وَقِيمَتُهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ دِينَارٌ .
Es wurde überliefert, dass Ayman sagte:
„Zur Zeit des Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) wurde die Hand eines Diebes nur für den Wert eines Schildes abgetrennt, der damals einem Dinar entsprach.“ (Schwach)
It was narrated that Ayman said:
"The hand of a thief would not be cut off during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) except for the value of a shield, which in those days was a Dinar." (Daif)

Es wurde überliefert, dass Aiman sagte:
„Die Hand eines Diebes wurde zu Lebzeiten des Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) nur für den Wert eines Schildes abgetrennt, und der Wert eines Schildes betrug damals einen Dinar.“ (schwach)

Es wurde überliefert, dass Aiman sagte:
„Die Hand eines Diebes wird für den Wert eines Schildes abgetrennt, und der Wert eines Schildes betrug zur Zeit des Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) einen Dinar oder zehn Dirham.“ (Schwach)
It was narrated that Ayman said:
"The (hand of) a thief is to be cut off for the price of a shield, and the price of a shield during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was a Dinar, or ten Dirhams." (Daif)

Es wurde überliefert, dass Aiman ibn Umm Aiman, der dies dem Propheten (ﷺ) zuschrieb, sagte:
„Die Hand eines Diebes darf nur für den Wert eines Schildes abgetrennt werden; und zu jener Zeit betrug der Wert eines Schildes einen Dinar.“
It was narrated that Ayman bin Umm Ayman who attributed it to the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off except for the price of a shield, and in those days the price of a shield was a Dinar."

"The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield." (Daif Mawquf)

ʿAṭāʾ ibn Abī Rabāḥ überlieferte, dass ʿAbdullah ibn ʿAbbās zu sagen pflegte:
„Sein Preis betrug zu jener Zeit zehn Dirham.“
'Ata, bin Abi Rabah narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas used to say:
"Its price in those days was ten Dirhams."

Ibn ʿAbbās berichtete:
Eine ähnliche Überlieferung wurde von Ibn ʿAbbās überliefert. Der Preis eines Schildes zur Zeit des Gesandten Allahs (ﷺ) wurde auf zehn Dirham geschätzt.
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
A similar report was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas. The price of a shield at the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was estimated to be ten Dirhams.
